There is no grreat mystery to being happy, and for the most part "people are as happy as they choose to be"; this is a quote attributed to Abraham Lincoln. Happiness is within easy reach of us all, though we don't always appreciate this fact.

While studying comparative religions yearts ago, I stumbled upon the the secret to happiness, it is simply the Golden Rule, a thread through every religion on earth, the simple truth: Treat others as you would like to be treated!

That's it, the simple secret to truly being happy. Like a stick thrown to a dog, love and kindness keep coming back. When we make others happy, we make ourselveas happy.

No big mystery here. One's greatest goals should be simply be to Have a good life, with friends that they love, and who love them in return!
